TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Definitions and Interpretation

1.1 "Company" refers to CRAFTTIME DOO, a manufacturing service provider registered in Belgrade, Serbia.
1.2 "Customer" means any individual or entity placing an order with the Company.
1.3 "Order" refers to a binding agreement for manufacturing services initiated by the Customer.
1.4 "Product" means the custom-manufactured item(s) produced based on the Customer’s specifications.
1.5 "Specifications" include technical drawings, 3D models, material requirements, and any other instructions provided by the Customer.
1.6 "Delivery" means the transfer of the Product to the Customer or a designated carrier.

2. Order Acceptance and Contract Formation

2.1 All orders are subject to the Company’s acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when:

• The Customer submits a complete order request.

• The Company confirms order feasibility and issues an invoice.

• Payment is received (unless otherwise agreed for Serbian orders under 3,000 RSD).

2.2 The Company reserves the right to reject orders due to:

• Unfeasible specifications.

• Legal or safety concerns.

• Unavailable materials or capacity.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing

• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

• Instant Quote calculator is automated tool and sometimes may calculate incorrect price. The final order price is up to store administrator.
• Every Instant Quote order is reviewed by administrator. In case of price calculation error, Customer may be asked for additional payment or get a refund.

• Prices are in RSD (Serbian Dinar) and exclude VAT, if otherwise not stated.

• For customers in Serbia, all payments will be processed in RSD. For any foreign company payments are processed in EUR.

• Additional costs (e.g., expedited shipping) will be communicated before confirmation.

3.2 Payment Methods

• Bank account payment - for Serbian private individuals (uplata na racun).

• Bank transfer (preferred for large orders).

• Credit/debit cards (processed via secure third-party gateways).

• Cash on delivery (COD) for orders within Serbia under 3,000 RSD.

3.3 Payment Deadlines

• Full payment is required before production begins, except for COD orders.

4. Production and Lead Times

4.1 Manufacturing Process

• Production starts only after payment confirmation.

• The Customer is responsible for verifying Specifications before submission.

• Changes post-confirmation may delay production and incur additional fees.

4.2 Estimated Lead Times

• Instant Quote calculator is automated tool and sometimes may not show the exact production time.

• Estimated delivery time is a typical delivery time. This information is provided by carriers and out of our capabilities.

• Delays due to material shortages or force majeure will be communicated promptly.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Delivery Options

• Local pickup at our Belgrade office.

• Domestic shipping (via Serbian postal service or courier service).

• International shipping (Air mail or other available method).

5.2 Shipping Terms

• Risk of loss transfers to the Customer upon Delivery.

• The Customer must inspect Products upon receipt and report defects within 48 hours.

• Customs duties and import taxes are the Customer’s responsibility.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

6.1 Defective Products

• The Company warrants Products against manufacturing defects for 6 months.

• Valid claims result in repair, replacement, or refund (at the Company’s discretion).

6.2 Non-Refundable Orders

• Custom-made Products cannot be returned unless defective.

• Refused deliveries incur restocking fees (15%) + return shipping costs.

7. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

7.1 Customer’s IP

• The Customer retains ownership of submitted designs.

• The Company may request proof of IP ownership for legally sensitive projects.

7.2 Company’s IP

• Process methodologies, proprietary software, and trade secrets remain the Company’s property.

• Unauthorized replication of manufacturing techniques is prohibited.

8. Liability and Indemnification

8.1 Limitation of Liability

• The Company’s maximum liability is limited to the Order’s total value.

• No liability for:

  • Misuse of Products.

  • Third-party modifications.

  • Delays caused by the Customer or force majeure events.

8.2 Customer’s Indemnification

• The Customer agrees to cover legal costs if their Specifications violate third-party rights.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by Serbian law.

• Disputes shall be resolved in Belgrade courts.

9.2 Mediation Clause

• Parties agree to attempt mediation before litigation.

10. Amendments and Force Majeure

10.1 The Company may update these Terms; changes apply to future Orders.
10.2 Neither party is liable for failures due to:

• Natural disasters.

• War or government actions.

• Supply chain disruptions.
